1. Acceptance
By creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using ASTRUM, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may delete your account from the ASTRUM iOS application.
3. Orders and availability
Menu items, ingredients, prices, pickup estimates and availability may vary by café and can change without notice. An order is accepted when ASTRUM confirms it. We may reject or cancel an order when an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, the café is closed, or fulfillment is not reasonably possible.
Pickup times are estimates. Please collect your order from the location shown in your confirmation and verify the order number before leaving.
4. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes, fees, discounts and the final total are presented before payment. Payments may be processed through Stripe, Apple Pay or another payment provider identified at checkout.
You authorize ASTRUM and its payment processors to charge the selected method for the confirmed total. Do not submit payment information that you are not authorized to use.
5. Rewards, offers and promotional codes
Rewards, stars, promotional codes and offers have no cash value, cannot be transferred unless expressly stated, and may be subject to expiration, product, location or account restrictions. Abuse, duplication or fraudulent use may result in cancellation of the benefit or suspension of the account.
6. Membership
Daily Americano membership is governed by the separate Membership Terms, which include recurring billing, redemption and cancellation details.
7. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use ASTRUM for unlawful, deceptive or fraudulent activity;
- interfere with the service, security or another customer;
- reverse engineer, scrape or misuse non-public parts of ASTRUM;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data;
- resell rewards, membership redemptions or promotional benefits.
8. Intellectual property
The ASTRUM name, marks, application, website, visual identity, text and original content are owned by or licensed to ASTRUM. These Terms do not grant permission to copy, modify or commercially use them.
9. Service changes and responsibility
We may update, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance or restaurant operations. To the extent permitted by law, ASTRUM is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from unavailable services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
