1. Membership benefit
An active Daily Americano membership provides one eligible standard Americano per calendar day at participating ASTRUM cafés. The current membership price is shown before enrollment and is presently $29.99 per month, plus any applicable tax.
2. Eligible drink and customizations
The benefit applies to the standard Americano identified in the ASTRUM application. Size upgrades, extra shots, alternative ingredients, add-ons and other customizations may carry an additional charge. Availability can vary by café.
3. Daily redemption
- One redemption is available per member per calendar day.
- Unused daily redemptions do not roll over.
- Redemptions have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- The member must be signed in to the enrolled ASTRUM account when ordering.
4. Recurring billing
Membership renews automatically each month using your selected payment method until canceled. By joining, you authorize recurring charges for the disclosed membership price and applicable tax. If a renewal payment fails, benefits may pause until payment succeeds.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel from the membership controls in the ASTRUM application or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless required otherwise by law or stated during cancellation, benefits remain available through the end of the paid billing period.
6. Refunds
Membership charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law or when ASTRUM confirms a billing error. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
7. Fair use
Membership is personal and may not be shared, resold, automated or used for commercial purposes. We may pause or end a membership for fraud or material misuse, subject to applicable law.
8. Changes
We may change the price, eligible product, participating cafés or other membership terms. When required, we will provide advance notice and allow you to cancel before the change takes effect.
