FASTEST METHOD
Delete directly in the ASTRUM app
- Open ASTRUM and sign in.
- Open the Profile tab.
- Select Privacy & Notifications.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.
What happens next
Your active sessions are ended and your sign-in account is removed. Profile information is deleted or anonymized. This action cannot be undone, and rewards, favorites, membership access and account history will no longer be available to you.
Information we may retain
Some transaction records may be retained when necessary for tax, accounting, payment disputes, fraud prevention, safety or other legal obligations. Retained records are restricted to those purposes and are deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
Cancel membership first
If you have an active Daily Americano membership, review its cancellation status before deleting the account. Contact support if you need help confirming that future renewals are stopped.
Cannot access the app?
Email support@astrumgo.comfrom the address associated with your account and use the subject “Account deletion request.” We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request. Never send a password or complete payment card information.
